The rooms here have a convenient kitchenette for guests, and the location is ideal for easy access to local attractions.

Proximity. If all you need is a place to stay and you don't care about anything else, then it's fine. The beds are comfortable, there's a big screen tv, air con, the staff is friendly and accommodating, I was able to change rooms, the price is right, the place LOOKS ok, like new, etc.

There is a problem with smell or odor at this place, imo. I don't know if it's because the hotel caters to oilfield workers, or if it's because it's next to that gas thing, or what, but I thought it was bad. It was like a wierd smell of urine, sweat, and god knows what else. I ended up staying at another hotel just to see if there was a difference and there was. Maybe use odor-killer-hanging- thingamabobbies, or better cleaning supplies, or something.

The breakfast is great with cookies at the front desk and eggs and bacon and hot trays, has everything you need.

This place is conveniently located near Lac La Biche lake, Sir Winston Churchill Park, and a grocery store.

Account was lost and put on a different room. Very disorganized. Check in person was rude to guests.

Internet did not work. That is a complaint that the staff were not able to rectify.

The hotel was quiet and excellent. The food was freshly made. We got a room with a bathtub. The bed was very clean. The staff were really helpful and excellent. Every thing from Bed to Breakfast every thing was excellent. They have paid attention to smaller details and requirement of a traveler. We enjoyed the cleanliness, kitchen, Beds and bathroom. Don't ever hesitate or think twice to stay in their

The privacy. We had an end unit with easy access and a lot of privacy. It was nice to have a secluded area.

The towels were very rough - it would be nice to have used fabric softner on them.

Excellent place to stay with a convenient location near a grocery store, main highway, and a quality restaurant.

The room - well designed, well laid out, very comfortable bed, simple heating/cooling system, jacuzzi and gas fireplace worked well

Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean premises. It seemed very quiet as well even though they were close to full.

My family members and I greatly enjoyed being there. Amiable staff, who gave me awesome suggestions. - the room was huge and exceptionally clean, complete with a couch and 1 queen bed. - Coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware were a nice touch.

Very nice, spacious room. Clean and comfortable. I especially liked the Keureg K-cup coffee maker in the room. Good Wi-Fi connexion as well.

The rooms were spacious and very accomadating for a young family. The kitchenette was perfect and the room was big enough so that we were not crowded.

The hockey teams running up and down the hallway area till all hours of the night.
